2. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

4. Our Response Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, SundayNMagazine will:
- Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the individual who posted the content that it has been removed.
- In appropriate circumstances, terminate the access of repeat infringers to our platform.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our email address above. Your counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake.
6. Misrepresentations
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. If you are unsure whether the material on our site infringes your copyright, we recommend contacting an attorney before filing a notice.
